I create hiring processes, define levels, and make offers to talented individuals across many roles with 20+ years of experience, all the way to new grads coming from institutions like Berkley or Stanford.
Before I started focusing on Career Coaching I was still doing it, but within my organization. As an engineering leader, I knew my success was tied to the team's success and the only way for me to grow was to grow individuals and grow my influence. By far, I am most fulfilled when I see growth in others that I had an impact on. Seeing success internally with colleagues and direct reports I knew I needed to find a way to bring this to more people.
