Originally from the SF Bay Area, I am a seasoned software engineering leader with over 12 years of experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams. My career has been defined by a passion for fostering collaboration, optimizing engineering processes, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Currently remote in Las Vegas, NV. I serve as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Navan, a +$9 Billion dollar startup, where I lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, customer-focused solutions. I specialize in aligning technical execution with business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the latest industry trends, real estate investing, and staying active in the tech community through speaking engagements and mentoring programs.
