Who are you and why should I learn from you?

My name is Justin Otero, I am a Career Coach and an Engineering Leader at Navan leading financial Control and Visibility in their Expense product. I have led, hired, and grown teams from 0 - 1. I create hiring processes, define levels, and make offers to talented individuals across many roles with 20+ years of experience, all the way to new grads coming from institutions like Berkley or Stanford.

Before I started focusing on Career Coaching I was still doing it, but within my organization. As an engineering leader, I knew my success was tied to the team's success and the only way for me to grow was to grow individuals and grow my influence. By far, I am most fulfilled when I see growth in others that I had an impact on. Seeing success internally with colleagues and direct reports I knew I needed to find a way to bring this to more people.

I’ve seen firsthand how different strategies, actions, and principles can help individuals grow their impact, increase their value, get raises and promotions, get hired, and overall increase their satisfaction and fulfillment. I know it works and I’m here to help.

After 1 session or 1 section of a course, you will recognize a shift in mindset

We focus on actionable strategies, principles, actions. We also share how to apply and identify when to use them

If you’re consistent, open to feedback, and apply what you learn you will see continual improvement.

It is best to think of your growth as a journey, not an event. With that, you need to know where you’re starting and where you’re going. A coach, a plan with steps, milestones, reflection points, and a Northstar will get you results.

Can coaching paid in installments?
